Closer......Closer....

“If your pictures aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.” - Robert Capa

I am a big fan of close up photography, technically known as macro photography.  I find it’s a fascinating way of looking at something with a different point of view.  You can create a great image, but by moving in just a bit closer, you can bring to focus something that might have just blended in with the regular portrait.  From a portrait of two water pitchers, you can move in closer and create an artist image of water droplets on the pitchers.  From a picture of someone else capturing a image of a packed club, you can move in closer and create an artistic photo of an image framed in an image.  From an intimate moment between a mother and son, you can move in closer and really capture the moment of physical need from the son to the mother.  For me macro photography can take a portrait and really create a totally different story and brings out beauty in the simplest of subjects.

This month, we have created two more gorgeous shoots for two more beautiful ladies which I am very excited to share with you all.  One a boudoir wedding shoot and the other a pinup shoot.  Wait till you see the macro shots I did for these.  Such a story they tell.  Keep an eye out for updates soon on our site.
